Pillows can be stuffed with anything. Our Essential Pillow is created with a 100% polyester, non-clumping, antibacterial, and hypoallergenic fill. Whereas, our Refined Pillow is constructed with polyester microfibers, duplicating the feel and structure of down. In regards to soft or firm fill, the only difference is the amount of stuffing. A firm will always have more stuffing than a soft, producing a loftier pillow.

When in doubt, go firm. If you find your firm pillow is too hard for your liking, you can always wash the pillow to achieve your desired softness. Whereas, with a soft fill pillow you cannot make it any firmer.

Identify Your Sleep Style
