Set Includes: 1 duvet cover and 2 pillowcases

– Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cool water using a mild detergent.
– Warm or hot water can shrink the fabric and flatten the crinkled texture.
– Wash with items similar in colour and fabric.
– Avoid washing with items that may have zippers or hooks that could cause pilling.
– Tumble dry on low heat, removing promptly.
– Do not use chlorine bleach, benzoyl peroxide, and other harsh chemicals.

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canadian provinces.

Please note that at this time, we are unable to ship to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Additionally, remote area deliveries may experience longer shipping times.

Our fulfillment team tries their best to turn your order around within 2-3 business days; however, from time to time order volumes may be high and can cause backlogs in processing orders. We always strive our best to get your order shipped out in a timely fashion.

If all of your items from your order are in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 2-3 business days. If you purchase an item that is on pre-order, you will receive this confirmation as soon as ALL items are available.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Before washing or using your comfort, we ask that you ensure you are happy with the colour and feel of your sheets in the space you will be using them. Once we have received the product back, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that you will have to cover the return shipping cost, and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

All items on the “Final Sale” page are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event of a return, shipping, and duty charges are non-refundable.

Cloud Gauze Duvet Cover

This is my first time ordering from Skylark & Owl. I found out abou t this store through my daughter who ordered their bedsheets.

I just love the feel and design of this duvet cover! It has a generous fit and there are slit openings at the top making it easy to rearrange the duvet after you’ve finished inserting it.

The pillow covers are a little snug for my king size pillows. But it works.

It is a soft and comfortable duvet cover!
