Beautiful colour and luxurious soft feel. Especially nice to know it’s made of easily washable cotton! Very comfortable and warm. Love it for relaxing in!

The colour is perfect as it matches my husband’s. The velour feels softly decadent helping create a toasty warm Bathrobe to lounge in. Size is perfect also.

Love it!

The ‘ice’ colour combo is lovely - great robe particularly right after the shower as the terry is like a towel. Appreciate the extra touches in packaging and speed of delivery - big fan.

Shipping

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canadian provinces.

Please note that at this time, we are unable to ship to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Additionally, remote area deliveries may experience longer shipping times.

Our fulfillment team tries their best to turn your order around within 2-3 business days; however, from time to time order volumes may be high and can cause backlogs in processing orders. We always strive our best to get your order shipped out in a timely fashion. 

If all of your items from your order are in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 2-3 business days. If you purchase an item that is on pre-order, you will receive this confirmation as soon as ALL items are available. 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Before washing or using your comfort, we ask that you ensure you are happy with the colour and feel of your sheets in the space you will be using them. Once we have received the product back, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that you will have to cover the return shipping cost, and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

All items on the “Final Sale” page are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

In the event of a return, shipping, and duty charges are non-refundable. 

To begin the return or exchange process, please fill out our return request form. 

The following items CANNOT be returned:
