    – Machine wash in cool water on delicate cycle in a large capacity front-load washing machine with a maximum temperature of 30°C (86°F) while not over filling machine
    – Use mild detergent and do not use fabric softeners or conditioners
    – Tumble dry on low
    – Use a dryer ball when drying pillows or duvet (a dryer ball will maintain movement of the fibers, allowing for faster and more even drying)
    – Ensure items are completely dry before storing and re-fluff before storage or before use
    – Do not store in plastic
    – Wash heavily soiled items separately from lightly soiled items

    Best pillow ever

    I went to Predator Ridge Resort this summer and fell in love with the pillows there. Found out it was from Eden Textiles. I was determined to own these pillows. I even reached out to Eden Textiles but they only sell things in bulk. I was disappointed until I discovered that Skylark+Owl is the retail store! I found out from the article on the website that the pillows I fell in love with is the equivalent of Refined Pillow from Skylark. I ordered both soft and firm. Both are perfect for my husband and I. I usually go for the soft pillow but the firm one is also to my liking too. I was afraid that it would be too hard but they are both soft like putting your heads in clouds. I recommended this to my friend which she also purchased. She was also very happy with her purchase, I just wish she got the percale pillowcases too. I've recommended this company to everyone I know.

    Best Pillow Ever

    Test drove this pillow at a Tofino hotel and had to order two the next morning. The firm is the perfect height for me and I'm sleeping better than I have in years. Great customer service too.

    Shipping + Returns

    Shipping

    We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canadian provinces.

    Please note that at this time, we are unable to ship to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Additionally, remote area deliveries may experience longer shipping times.

    Our fulfillment team tries their best to turn your order around within 2-3 business days; however, from time to time order volumes may be high and can cause backlogs in processing orders. We always strive our best to get your order shipped out in a timely fashion. 

    If all of your items from your order are in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 2-3 business days. If you purchase an item that is on pre-order, you will receive this confirmation as soon as ALL items are available. 

    Returns

    If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Before washing or using your comfort, we ask that you ensure you are happy with the colour and feel of your sheets in the space you will be using them. Once we have received the product back, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that you will have to cover the return shipping cost, and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

    All items on the “Final Sale” page are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

    In the event of a return, shipping, and duty charges are non-refundable. 

    To begin the return or exchange process, please fill out our return request form. 

    The following items CANNOT be returned:
    – Individual items purchased as part of a set
    – Items that have not been postmarked within the 30 day window
