Beautiful Sheets!

I received my Essential Organic Percale Sheet set a few days ago and I immediately washed them and put them on my bed. I cannot speak more highly of these sheets. They are exactly what I was looking for and the best organic cotton sheets I have ever bought. They are crisp, cool and soft and I really appreciate their generous size. I ordered another set of the organic percale sheets and a set of sateen that arrived today. The sateen set looks beautiful too. I am very happy to support a Canadian company and I had to let you know how pleased I am with your products. Many thanks.

Wrinkle easily

Crisp sheets- which is nice but they wrinkle easily and seem to stretch out after a couple days on the bed- more than our other sheets

A bit disappointing

These sheets do not have the smooth, crisp feel I have come to expect from percale. They actually feel a little rough on the skin, though I am probably more sensitive than most. They are also not as robust as the last percale set I bought from Skylark and Owl a couple of years ago, which have worn out. I keep a flannel sheet under my regular sheet, and the pattern on it is visible through the new organic percale fitted sheet. I expect they will not last, as are quite thin.

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canadian provinces.

Please note that at this time, we are unable to ship to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Additionally, remote area deliveries may experience longer shipping times.

Our fulfillment team tries their best to turn your order around within 2-3 business days; however, from time to time order volumes may be high and can cause backlogs in processing orders. We always strive our best to get your order shipped out in a timely fashion. 

If all of your items from your order are in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 2-3 business days. If you purchase an item that is on pre-order, you will receive this confirmation as soon as ALL items are available. 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Before washing or using your comfort, we ask that you ensure you are happy with the colour and feel of your sheets in the space you will be using them. Once we have received the product back, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that you will have to cover the return shipping cost, and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

All items on the “Final Sale” page are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

In the event of a return, shipping, and duty charges are non-refundable.
