– Machine wash in cool water using a mild detergent

Attractive and Crisp Sheets

With the closing of the big department stores, it was suggested I try your sheets. I wish I had done this earlier. They arrived last week and they are beautiful! The pattern is nice and bright, and the sheets are crisp, just the way we like them. We are very pleased with them. Thank you!

Cool and comfy

This is the second set of percale duvet cover/pillowcase set I’ve ordered. My favourite material by far. It’s cool and crisp yet still very comfy. I am a hot sleeper so this material is the best for summer months.

Percale Sheets

This is my second set of Percale sheets. They feel just like the crispy ones that came off the clothesline as a kid. Percale is the only way to go.

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canadian provinces.

Please note that at this time, we are unable to ship to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Additionally, remote area deliveries may experience longer shipping times.

Our fulfillment team tries their best to turn your order around within 2-3 business days; however, from time to time order volumes may be high and can cause backlogs in processing orders. We always strive our best to get your order shipped out in a timely fashion. 

If all of your items from your order are in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 2-3 business days. If you purchase an item that is on pre-order, you will receive this confirmation as soon as ALL items are available. 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Before washing or using your comfort, we ask that you ensure you are happy with the colour, feel, and size of your sheets in the space you will be using them. Once we have received the product back, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that you will have to cover the return shipping cost, and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

All items on the “Final Sale” page are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

In the event of a return, shipping, and duty charges are non-refundable. 

To begin the return or exchange process, please fill out our return request form. 

The following items CANNOT be returned:
