Skylark+Owl's Essential Collection Percale Duvet Cover & Pillowcase Set is made from 100% Egyptian Cotton and offers a crisp and classic matte finish that makes them cozy, yet cool and breathable.

Percale fabric is woven with the utmost intention for warmer sleepers and is the perfect weight for those looking for a cozy sheet without heat.

– 100% Egyptian cotton
– 300 thread count
– Certified by Oeko-Tex® to be free of harmful chemicals
– Crisp and cool material
– Our concealed button closure keeps your duvet looking neat and tidy
– Includes convenient hand slits that make inserting your duvet a breeze
– Pillowcases are envelope style closure
– Our pillowcases are designed to fit our pillows, and they feature a more generous size.
– Made in Portugal
Set Includes: 1 duvet cover and 2 pillowcases (1 pillowcase for twin set)

– Machine wash in cool water using a mild detergent
– Wash with items similar in color and fabric
– Avoid washing with items that may have zippers or hooks that could cause pilling
– Tumble dry on low heat to preserve the natural fibers
– Avoid using chlorine bleach, benzoyl peroxide, and other harsh chemicals
– Material softens with use and wash

Dissapointed

I suppose I only have myself to blame for not fully reading the description, but going back and reading now "Includes convenient hand slits that make inserting your duvet a breeze" would not have made me realize that there are basically holes along the seams of the duvet cover.

The duvet cover is lovely quality, but I hate this feature. It just looks like the duvet cover has holes and I find that it does not make it any easier to insert the duvet. A much better design choice would be just to have ties in the corner of the duvet cover so that the duvet insert actually stays put. Thank goodness I didn't get a darker colour because then the holes would be far more obvious, with a white duvet peaking through.

Also, an fyi for future buyers, the pillow cases are quite a bit larger than standard.

While these are designed to make inserting and adjusting the duvet easier, we completely understand that this feature may not appeal to everyone's preferences. Regarding the pillowcases, they are intentionally designed with a more generous fit to accommodate our pillows, which are larger than most standard sizes. All dimensions are listed in the Size Guide on each product page to help customers choose what works best for their needs. We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canadian provinces.

Please note that at this time, we are unable to ship to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Additionally, remote area deliveries may experience longer shipping times.

Our fulfillment team tries their best to turn your order around within 2-3 business days; however, from time to time order volumes may be high and can cause backlogs in processing orders. We always strive our best to get your order shipped out in a timely fashion. 

If all of your items from your order are in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 2-3 business days. If you purchase an item that is on pre-order, you will receive this confirmation as soon as ALL items are available. 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Before washing or using your comfort, we ask that you ensure you are happy with the colour and feel of your sheets in the space you will be using them. Once we have received the product back, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that you will have to cover the return shipping cost, and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

All items on the “Final Sale” page are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

In the event of a return, shipping, and duty charges are non-refundable. 

To begin the return or exchange process, please fill out our return request form. 

The following items CANNOT be returned:

– Items that have not been postmarked within the 30 day window
