Upgrade your bathroom with our Element Turkish Cotton Towels by Talesma. These super-plush towels have a 500 GSM weight. They are constructed using an advanced weaving process resulting in thousands of fine, untwisted loops that allow our low-twist cotton towels to be up to 10 times more absorbent than traditional cotton terry. Designed with a piped diagonal dobby border, the Element Turkish Towels are plush and versatile, making them the perfect towel for everyday use.

– 100% Turkish Cotton
– 500 GSM Weight
– Made in Turkey
Set Includes: 2 Bath Towels, 2 Hand Towels, 2 Washcloths

– Machine wash in warm water, on normal cycle with a maximum temperature of 40°C (104°F)
– Use mild detergent and non-chlorine bleach only
– Do not use fabric softeners or conditioners as these products will reduce the towels absorbency
– Tumble dry on low-medium heat with a maximum temperature of 65°C (149°F)
– Remove towels promptly to reduce wrinkling
– Do not iron
– Wash colours separately
– Wash heavily soiled items separately from lightly soiled items

Turkish Towel Set

I love the towels, they are lovely and soft. I am a sewer and when I finish a project I check for loose or hanging threads. These towels had a few for me to cut off. Just a little more time is needed to check for these details. Otherwise these towels are great!

Great towels

The towels are great the only concern I have is that of the 4 sets of towels that I ordered only One set had the originals tags on them. A bit disconcerting.

Thanks for chatting with me on the phone, I am so happy to hear that you are loving your towels.

As mentioned our towels generally come to us packaged separately and our shipping team picks and packages the separate towels, hand towel, and washcloths as sets, but on occasion some of our towels are packaged in sets from the start which is why you may not see that same labelling.

Quality is very important to us, and all orders are hand checked and inspected by at least 2 people to prevent any errors. We also donate any returned items, so you can be sure that all products you recieve are brand new!

We are happy to offer free shipping on most orders within Canadian provinces, and a $14.99 flat rate shipping to Atlantic Provinces.* 

Please note that at this time, we are unable to ship to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Additionally, remote area deliveries may experience longer shipping times.

Our fulfillment team tries their best to turn your order around within 2-3 business days: however, from time to time order volumes may be high and can cause backlogs in processing orders. We always strive our best to get your order shipped out in a timely fashion. 

If all of your items from your order are in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 2-3 business days. If you purchase an item that is on pre-order, you will receive this confirmation as soon as ALL items are available.

*Some remote areas and addresses may not qualify for free/flat rate shipping and will be indicated at the time of checkout.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Before washing or using your comfort, we ask that you ensure you are happy with the colour and feel of your sheets in the space you will be using them. Once we have received the product back, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that you will have to cover the return shipping cost, and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

All items on the “Final Sale” page are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

In the event of a return, shipping, and duty charges are non-refundable. 

To begin the return or exchange process, please fill out our return request form. 

The following items CANNOT be returned:
– Individual items purchased as part of a set
– Items that have not been postmarked within the 30 day window
– Free gifts or promotional items with a retail value
– Fabric Face Masks
