How will this pillow keep me cool?
The cover on this pillow includes Purecare's exclusive FRÍO® rapid chill cooling fibres. These fibres cool 5x faster than traditional polyester by channelling heat through each thread, tunnelling it away from your body to keep you cool and refreshed all night long. One side of this pillow also includes a cooling gel layer that enhances your cooling experience.
What do the two different sides of this pillow feel like?
This reversible pillow comes with two different sleep surfaces. One side includes Purecare's patented SoftCell® design. This design includes individual pockets filled with Purecare's exclusive down alternative, Identically Down. These pockets prevent the fill from bunching up for a consistent sleep surface.
The other side of the pillow offers reserved responsive support and pressure relief from the combination of vented memory foam topped with a cooling gel layer.
What kind of support and loft can I expect from this pillow?
Purecare's SoftCell® Chill pillow is unique in its ability to provide an adjustable loft for a more customized sleep experience. The pillow can unzip to remove a small, inner pillow for a lower loft level.
You can also choose the type of support you’d like with this pillow’s unique, reversible design. Choose from the consistent, cloud-like softness of Purecare's patented SoftCell® design filled with Purecare's exclusive down alternative or reserved responsive support and pressure relief from the vented memory foam/cooling gel side.
While this pillow is designed for customized loft and support, if it does not meet your sleep needs, we offer a 30-night comfort guarantee.
Is this pillow hypoallergenic?
The down alternative used in Purecare's SoftCell® design is a more hypoallergenic alternative to a traditional down fill. However, if you are concerned about allergen buildup in your pillow, we recommend using a pillow protector.

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canadian provinces.
Please note that at this time, we are unable to ship to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Additionally, remote area deliveries may experience longer shipping times.
Our fulfillment team tries their best to turn your order around within 2-3 business days; however, from time to time order volumes may be high and can cause backlogs in processing orders. We always strive our best to get your order shipped out in a timely fashion.
If all of your items from your order are in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 2-3 business days. If you purchase an item that is on pre-order, you will receive this confirmation as soon as ALL items are available.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Before washing or using your comfort, we ask that you ensure you are happy with the colour and feel of your sheets in the space you will be using them. Once we have received the product back, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that you will have to cover the return shipping cost, and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
To reduce waste, we ask that items be returned in their original fabric bag. A $5 charge will be deducted from your refund if the fabric bag is not returned with the product.
All items on the “Final Sale” page are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the event of a return, shipping, and duty charges are non-refundable.
