Crisp and Cool

I absolutely hate the feel of sateen sheets, and it’s really hard to find percale sheets that actually feel like percale sheets—crisp and cool. These ones are great. I’ve used them for a year with no issues. They’ve worn very well and help to keep this hot sleeper cool at night.

Finally found the perfect duvet cover

I have a really heavy, beautiful duvet that I love — but without the right cover, it’s honestly just too hot. This Proquel duvet cover completely changed that. It’s incredibly breathable and somehow makes the duvet feel lighter, almost like it’s floating. The airflow makes all the difference, especially in an apartment where temperature control matters. Without this cover, my duvet is unusable. With it, it’s perfect. Cool, airy, and comfortable all night.

Generous size, percale for this hot sleeper is my go to, even in winter. These are lovely, colour is beautiful. Soft yet crisp, if you know you know. (Love the reduced shipping materials, reusable bags, etc, now if S& O would only stop using shipping boxes that are 100% new content from a terrible company. I dinged them a star on the other review, but giving these sheets the 5 they deserve!)

Shipping

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canadian provinces.

Please note that at this time, we are unable to ship to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Additionally, remote area deliveries may experience longer shipping times.

Our fulfillment team tries their best to turn your order around within 2-3 business days; however, from time to time order volumes may be high and can cause backlogs in processing orders. We always strive our best to get your order shipped out in a timely fashion. 

If all of your items from your order are in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 2-3 business days. If you purchase an item that is on pre-order, you will receive this confirmation as soon as ALL items are available. 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Before washing or using your comfort, we ask that you ensure you are happy with the colour and feel of your sheets in the space you will be using them. Once we have received the product back, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that you will have to cover the return shipping cost, and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

All items on the “Final Sale” page are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

In the event of a return, shipping, and duty charges are non-refundable. 

To begin the return or exchange process, please fill out our return request form.
